LM2168AX is IOU JIA's main selling model for ergonomic office task chair use. Ergonomic design with high density PU mold foam on both chair back and seat cushion. Unique backrest and seat cover for office total solution. Synchrounous mechanism with 1 position lock. Reinforced 300 mm plastic base or aluminum base available as option. Steel frame height adjustable armrest with soft PU armrest pad. Fabric or vinyl upholstery available as option

Answer : We are IOU JIA Industrial Company Limited, One of the leading office furniture manufacturer based in Taiwan. We, as IOU JIA, have been in this industry for over 30 years since mid of 1980. We have plenty of experience in our own design and custom design.

Question :  How long is the lead time?

Answer : Our lead time depends on the model our customers' choose. Normally, it takes about 3 weeks to 1 month once the order is confirmed and deposit received.

 

Question :  Where is our company/factory located?

Answer : Our company/factory is located at Daliao Industrial District in Kaohsiung City, which is south part of Taiwan. We are only 20 minuted from Kaohsiung Internation Airport (Airport Code : KHH), about 25-30 minuted away from the High Speed Railway (HSR) Kaohsiung Zuoying Station. 

 

Question :  Can customers request samples before orders?

Answer :Yes, we can provide samples for customers to test. Buyer pays the shipping expense. We will charge the sample fee in the begining and we will return the sample fee once customers place the order.
