FSN-X7 is a fashionable design PC tower case with cyber outlook and black color body. FSN-X7 is designed to fit for all kind of standardized form factor Motherboards and PC switching mode power supply. FSN-X7 has physical size of 18x41x42cm, and allows the installation of ventilation fans, both 8cm and 12cm types. Two USB ports, audio-out and mic-in jecks are located at the front Panel. Good EMI shieldiing and noise insulation are additional advantage of FSN-X7.

Basically Goodwill Studio prefers T/T advance payment. Goodwill Studio also accepts ESCROW advance payment for any transaction not more than USD500. Goodwill Studio may consider other payment methods, only if customers have difficulty in doing T/T, or ESCROW payment transfer. The following is the general guide in the selection of different payment methods.
L/C (Line of Credit) is welcome if the transaction value is more than USD30K;
T/T in advance is always welcome;
Payment through ESCROW is welcome only if the transaction value is not more than USD500.
When customer doing T/T payment to Goodwill Studio, customer must not deduce her (i) bank charge, and (ii) correspondent bank charge from the T/T money. Any shortfall will hold up delivery until full scale of payment is received by Goodwill studio.
Customer should discuss with the Sales Manager of Goodwill Studio, if she wants to use other payment method.
About Warranty and Definition of Product Quality Problem
The product has quality problem if it has no physical damage, but is found to be non-functional before use.
Scenario 1: If customer is receiving a product from the courier. Unluckily, the product is found to be physically broken or damaged BEFORE signing on the airway bill or delivery note. Customer should return the product to courier and refuse to accept the product immediately. In this case, the courier company should be liable for the damage. Customer should report the case to us, and we will ship a new one to customer as soon as possible.
Scenario 2: If customer is receiving a product from the courier. Unluckily, the product is found to be broken or damaged AFTER signing on the airway bill or delivery note to confirm the reception of the product. Since the damaged product does not satisfy the definition of product quality problem, customer herself should be liable for the damage. Customer should report the case to Goodwill Studio and request a goods return for repairing. After confirmed by the Goodwill Studio, customer can ship the damaged product together with a copy of invoice to Goodwill Studio for repairing within warranty period according to the instruction from Goodwill Studio, provided that customer needs to pay for all shipping charge and component cost generated.
Scenario 3: The product is found to be damaged or non-functional after being used for period of time. Customer should report the case to Goodwill Studio and request goods return for repairing, then customer can send the product to Goodwill Studio for repairing together with a copy of invoice according to the instruction from Goodwill Studio, provided that the product is still covered by warranty period. Customer needs to pay for all shipping charge and component cost generated.
Scenario 4: Customer has received the product, and finds the product non-functional without physical damaged within 14days counting from the date of reception of the product. In this case, customer needs to retain the product and its accessories in original packing, and make sure that there is no scratch, no additional label or sticker, or no marking on both the product as well as original packing box. Customer should immediately contact Goodwill Studio, such as email, and ask for return and replacement. In this case, it is liable to Goodwill Studio. Goodwill Studio will exchange new product to customer for free on reception of the defected product, provided that customer must follow Goodwill Studio instruction to arrange the return shipment of the defeated product. If the returned product is not in original packing, nor the return request is made outside the 14days protection period, Goodwill Studio will handle the case as Scenario 3, such as customer is liable for all shipping cost generated for repairing.
Remark: All return shipment can only be done after agreed and instructed by Goodwill Studio. Goodwill Studio will refuse to receive any non-informed return shipment.
