FGF (rh-Polypeptide-11) is a single chain human peptide used for anti-wrinkle, whitening & hair growth cosmetics
NTGF_FGF (rh-Polypeptide-11) is a non-glycosylated single chain human peptide containing 141 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 15KDa.
Available in both acidic (aFGF) and basic (bFGF) forms.
A DNA sequence corresponding to the mature human FGF protein sequence was expressed in E. coli. FGF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
> 90%, as determined by SDS-PAGE (without β-mercaptoethanol) for acidic FGF
> 98%, as determined by SDS-PAGE (without β-mercaptoethanol) for basic FGF
Lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml)sterile solution in 20 mM sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.0.
It is recommended that sterile deionized water be added to the vial to prepare a working stock solution of 0.1-1mg/ml.
Lyophilized samples are stable for twelve months from date of receipt at -20 °C to -70 °C. Upon reconstitution, this protein can be stored under sterile conditions at -20 °C to -70 °C. Avoided repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
