GENERAL Mozzarella is a natural cheese produced with pasteurised cow’s milk.
This product is GMO free and not irradiated. Intended use: useable for many uses – Pizza and Fresh Mozzarella, both offer unique properties for cooking and eating.
INGREDIENTS Pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, starter cultures and microbiological rennet.
