Pan Fry: For best results, shallow fry in a sauce pan. Place on medium heat (350 F) for 4 to 5 minutes until the Kabab is heated thoroughly.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400F. Place Kababs on a tray and leave in the oven for 10 minutes. For best results, spray or spread a little oil on the Kababs before placing in the oven.
Microwave: Kababs can be heated in the microwave if covered.
- Enjoy Seekh Kababs with mint or cilantro chatni (sauce) or ketchup for enhancing the pleasure of the palate.
- Roll them in a bread to serve them as a meal. Onions or salad could be added in the Roll as well.
