1. Spooler wire pay-off

Pay off system is consisted of seat, pay-off axle seat and pay off shaft. There are 24 pay-offs. Pay off system is used to decoil the line wire coil and has function of rotation outlet. It is working once aiming pony roll inside hole to pay off system.

2. Line wire straightening and accumulator

 

 

2.1 Wire assembling device

The wire assembling device is installed between the wire-pay off and the straightening device. There are two mainly function. The first is that vertical line pass the oblique straightening device in a moderate way,it is not easy to interfer each other easily.The second is that device is equipped with weak current alarm device that through power failure detection to determine whether the wire pay-off needs filing for outage detection.

2.2 Straightening system


Straightening system is composed of front X-type straightening and back straightening system, used to straightening the line wires from the pay off. X-type straightening consists of 2 groups of total 48 vertical straightening seats. Horizontal straightening consists of 1 group of 17 horizontal straightening seats. Each straightening seat consists of 5 straightening wheels and each wheel has the function of adjusting down pressing volume. Each a group of 5 has function of whole tight pressing and release.

2.3 Line wire feeding device

Line wire feeding device is composed of device I and device II. Device I is used for sending straightening line wire to buffing area of storage. Device II is used for sending line wire straightening to mesh welding machine. Line wire feeding device is composed of support, roller, shaft, pneumatic system. Cylinder system makes pressing wheel down and with roller on drive shaft together press wire tightly and transport forward. Transport motor adopts 7.5KW 4 grade general motor. By reducer, link wheel and drive shaft connects and ensure with the speed of feeding wire and come true synchronous control feeding. Feeding speed is 26.6m/min(adjustable).

2.4 Accumulator

Because of line wire connection and welding discontinuity, the system is used for buffering and storage of line wire. Line wire storage uses big radius bend to buffer and send line wire synchronous average speed to welding machine. With the mode of double wire control, set-up or cut-off an electric circuit should be tested in a big circle setting electric shock device and depending on setting up or cutting off, judge if it need to be continued to feed material. Separation rod is made of stainless steel. It is composed of body frame, two sides, up, down separation materials racks.

4. Cross wire feeding device

Cross wire feeding device mainly put pre-cut across wire of setting length to feeding device. The magnetism tube of feeding device rotates and feeds. Quantity of feeding depends on adjusting magnet, and then through the wire-blocking wheel rotates to feed to welding machine. It is composed of body frame, feeding device, magnetism tube feeding device, motor reducer drive system, pneumatic device, etc.

5. Mesh welding machine

The mesh welding machine use 6 A.C. transformers, the main transverse wire with electrodes on the conductive block into the transformer of the cathode, the electrode block installed on the motor seat mechanism and the positive phase of the transformer, the movable welding electrode contact line wire and cross to form the current loop and under the action of cylinder pressure, it will welded firmly. The machine contains the frame, left and right column, upper and lower electrode, welding transformer, pneumatic mechanism, device composition and so on.
