Our 100% gluten free crepes are very light, healthy, tasty and enjoyed by all however, are most appreciated by customers allergic to gluten. There is little difference in taste between a gluten free crepe and a plain crepe.

After 28 years of baking experience in Europe my wife and myself have decided to settle in New Zealand.
November 1999 we started building our factory in NZ and production started in June 2000
The factory has surface of +/- 1200sqm on a 5 acres section.
The production plant is fully automated and exists of:
