Introduction:

 

Our company's Pouring (Filling) crack sealant is bituminous rubber, which is a widely used rapid maintenance material for pavements' cracks by now and  processed by putting our own RST modifier into asphalt. It can be used for repairing the crack of asphalt concrete pavements and sealing the joints of cement concrete pavement.

 
ROADPHALT Pouring Crack Sealant has good performance, such as a strong bonding with concrete wall panel, good elasticity, tensile capacity, insoluble in water, not water, not flowing at high temperature, not brittle at low temperature and durability, the performance of quality can reach the international advanced level of similar products.

Processing:

Slotting: the crack is too narrow, need to open a concave groove, the groove depth and width of typically 1-2cm.

Cleaning: clean up the cracks with a broom or compressed air to remove dust and loose particles

 

 

3.

 

Preheating: use the hot air to heat the edge of cracks in order to remove moisture. Heating the edge temperature to 7 °C -18 °C, in order to facilitate the bonding of the material.

 

4.

 

Filling: pour ROADPHALT Filling Crack Sealant into the pavements' cracks evenly
