DE CO Valves - Models TDCV3 & TDCV5 Standard Flow Volume 2-300(l/min) Pressure Rating: 29.4 Mpa
- High-security and Durable stem gate valve with Easy to use made in Japan - These valves are equipped with a function to automatically control and synchronize – even when there is an unbalanced load – the actuators of two cylinders. Installing flow divider valves in the middle of the piping produces good results at a lower cost than synchronizing (controlling) with synchronizing or flow-control valves. All parts are produced, processed, assembled, and tested in Japan under a consistent production regime, and the defect rate is extremely low due to our comprehensive pressure testing. Product Description The TDCV model is a specialized in-bound two-way synchronizing valve. There are three connector types – thread, gasket, and flange – with the TDCV5 model being a compact, low flow volume thread-type. DE CO VALVES made synchronization possible for hydraulic cylinders. Oil that flows in from the entry at Port P can be guided precisely to the two exits at ports A & B. Flow divider valves are used to control actuators of cranes, forklifts, and the like, which experience differences in pressure. Takami hydraulic valves don't draw much attention within the hydraulic unit, but they serve as a command center for circuits. They produce superior results, without the need to think about difficult hydraulic circuits, simply by being attached to the middle of the piping. Just select the pipe size, type of connection, and flow volume to suit your usage. Though on one hand synchronizing valves are highly precise, they require installation in an elaborate system. Flow control, though inexpensive, requires two valves and is vulnerable to fluctuations in flow volume. Takami valves are affordable, superbly compact, and can produce results by simply being installed in the piping of an existing hydraulic system. In terms of systems, while our valves may not quite stand on equal footing with synchronized cylinders, the range of error is minimal and our valves are superior in terms of cost-effectiveness.
Company Introduction Since our founding in 1959, we have engaged in manufacturing and sales of specialized hydraulic valves. In 1964, we succeeded in developing the DE CO Valve (TDCV Type), which synchronizes flow distribution and collection, breaking new ground in the hydraulics industry, and obtaining patents in Japan, the USA, the UK, and Germany. Afterward, we continued to develop a range of patented products, establishing our brand as a manufacturer of specialized hydraulic valves. We have earned a large share of the market for specialized hydraulic valves not only in Japan, but also around the world. With our 50 years of experience and technical skill, our products have been adopted by a wide range of fields, and we have a strong record of results, particularly with construction equipment manufacturers in Japan and manufacturers of equipment for ships in Asia.
