According to the water-based intumescentfireproof and coating is designed specially to take water as disperse medium, utilize extra-low inflammative resin, foaming agent, and catalysts, the coating can effectively separate the heating combustion of the base material and obstruct the air to stop burning the base material under the heat and combustion which will start intumescing as the carbonaceous foam layer of sponge. The fireproof material will come off on the surface after first expansion within 15min, and then the second carbon layer will be made for protection. This special design can delay the fire when on the fire which means effectively blocked for the space and use the time to exchange the life. After the strict requirements of fireproof material from the government, this product became the rare and new.
