The Yogurts pasteurised after fermentation, are curdled milk products, obtained by lactic fermentation using Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. These products are later heat-treated and aseptically packed. This product is, therefore, a long-life product that conserves its features without the need of cold along its commercial life.
INGREDIENTS: Semi-skimmed fermented milk, Sugar, Modified starch, Gelatine, Natural colouring (E-100 y E-120) and Flavour.
