The neural stimulation effect that is created after udder massage, causes the secretion of hormone; Oxytocin. Oxytocin hormone starts milking and facilitating milking through the bloodstream, after stimulation of nipples. Secretion of the Oxytocin hormone lasts for 5 to 7 minutes. Milking must be completed within this period. 3111 Long Liner ergonomically shaped and was developed for high-yielding cattle. Wider size of claw connections with liner (Ø 14 mm.) allows milk reaches claw from nipple immediately (faster). Otherwise, the remaining milk in Teatcup, will go back to udder and crashes to nipple to damage, at high speed of 70 km/hour. As a result of their R & D activities, Melasty® engineers have designed 3111 IGA to prevent such damages.
Lactic acid in the milk, hot or cold water used during the washing cycle, weather conditions, ozone in the environment and repeated movement during milking, causes the liners deformed (elongation) before expected expiration period. And this will cause reduction of strain within the teatcup shell.
As a result of R & D carried out by Melasty® engineers, on 3111 IGA Liners, insertion part of liner has been upgraded to two stages. Simply taking insertion from stage (level) A to stage (level) B will bring the performance level increased back again when deformation occurs.
As a result of R & D carried out by Melasty, on 7050 Complete Claw, the diameter of Milk-inlet nipples increased to 18,5mm to get the milk easily from liner, also the Milk-outlet tube has been expanded to 21mm so after closing the claw, milk transition made more comfortable. Thus, milking time was
Due to the vacuum fluctuations, milk gets back in to the nipples, this causes the biggest reason for udder diseases. On 7050 Complete Claw, the capacity has been increased to 240 cc to prevent this by reducing the fluctuations while milking.

Single Milk Hose, Milk-outlet tube OD x ID designed
as Ø25mmby Ø16mm, Internal Diameter has been
expanded for a more convenient transition.
During the hot weather conditions, hose adhesion after
softening while milk flow, has been prevented with the
wall thickness of 4.5 mm and internal diameter Ø16mm.
As a result of R & D carried out by Melasty®, to prevent the clamp, deforming the single milk tubes and pulse tubes; 7003 Tube Clip was produced by soft material. Due to its monolithic structure, falling during use was also prevented.
During the manufacture of Melasty® Milking Machine Body Frame, the vacuum line is provided in a closed circulating system, thus, vacuum line has been isolated from corrosion that may occur on body frame (also rust, decay, holes that may occur) by use of time. 5mm sheet was used in connection with air tank and body frame, the vibration causes sound and noise has been blocked, thus more solid and strong structure was redesigned.
