Activated Natural Carbon Fiber Introduction

Natural carbon fiber (NCF), the latest invention of plant-based type, retains characteristics of PAN and will continue to bring great benefits to our lives. PAN: poly acrylonitrile (PAN) is the current main precursor for carbon fiber.
NCF is first treated through extremely high-temperature carbonization, combining raw cottons and other natural fiber viscose. Then it is put through several additional processes to activate different, special characteristics of NCF.
The effect of Carbonization process is to enlarge the micropores of carbon fiber which improves its efficiency of absorption at a faster pace, activates its capability of air/water purification, fire-resistibility, deodorization, heat retention, and poison prevention. Because of these characteristics, it was first being adapted in medical and chemical industries.
Today, NCFs far infrared ray emission effect is being widely used in health related products such as beddings, support accessories, and clothing.

Because of its ultra infrared ray characteristics, it has effects of deodorization and anti-bacterium.
