When the oil mill machine is working, send the prepared raw material to the pressing chest from hopper , and moves forwards the rotating pressing screw, then the raw materials are pressed . Under the high pressure condition in the pressing chest, friction among the raw material, worm and pressing chest are resulted ; meanwhile, friction and relative movement are raised among the material particles. And, root diameter of the worm varies larger from one to the other, hence, when rotating, it not only pushes material particles moving forward but turns then outwards as well . Meanwhile, material particles adjacent the worm will rotate along with worm's rotating, causing every particles inside the chest to possess different speed. Therefore, relative movement among particles creates heat which is necessary during production because it helps to change the protein property, damage solloid, increase plasticity and decrease elasticity of oil, resulting in high oil productivity .
