Ghee is manufactued from white butter which is prepared from pasteurised cream separated from good quiality of raw milk.

Butter is churned and then melted in the vat after which it is cooked in Ghee Kettle. After settling in Ghee kettle it is clarified. Clarified ghee is then taken in ghee storge tank for final filling.
Consumer packs of 1/2 litre, 1 litre, 2 litres and 5 litres are available in Tin pakcing, poly jar and ceka packs. The 1 litre Ghee pakcs are packed in 7 ply kraft paper corrugated boxes of 15 litres total capacity in case of Ceka pack and 18 litres total capacity in case of poly jar and tin pack.
