1. How do I know the price of product?
We are an manufacturer and wholesaler of various fashion ladies' handbags, wallets, cosmetic bags and belts. we have marked the price on the website for each model.The price are applicable to total order quantity under 100pcs, but does not include shipping freight, custom fax and any import charge or fee.For shipping freight,we need to calculate it after you tell us the items you want to order and exact order quantity because the shipping freight depends on weight and volume of the packages.Please write to us your order details (incuding the models number and order quantity for each models), we will get back to you the shipping freight. If you order more than 100pcs,please write to us your order model number and order quantity,we will see and offer you some discount. Some items unit price write only USD0.001,that means this is not correct price.If you are interested in these items ,please send us an inquiry with the models numbers and we will quote you the price by return.In order to send you suitable price,you would better to tell us your possible order quantity at the same time.
2. what is your minimum order quantity? Most of the models on the site are available from stock.
1).For handbags and evening bag/hard case bag each models10pcs,can mixed colors.1 order at least 40pcs,can mixed models.
2).For wrist bag,wallets,coin purse and belts each models 30pcs,can mixed colors.1 order at least 100pcs,can mixed models.
3).If you have special requirements, for example, adding your brand on the product, using your specified fabric/material, making amendment on the style,changing other colors,you will need to place order for us to production. Moq have to be larger, should be 200 pcs or 500pcs each item, depends on style and material. 3. Can I take samples? yes.However, since not knowing if you place order in the future,we will charge 1.50 times of our regular order price as sample fee. Shipping freight would be paid by buyer. If you place order more than 100pcs in the future,we will refund the sample fee for you.For new customers,we are not able to provide samples more than 10 different models each time. Since our style and models change fast for seasons, please place order as soon as possbile when you receive the samples.Or we can not promise to provide you the same items if you place order after a long time. If you find any quality problems when you receive the goods, replacement or refund can be negotiable with us. To save your time and shipping costs, we suggest you place an trial order straight away at our minimum order quantity.
4.How much is the shipping? How do we ship the goods? How long is the delivery?
By sea or by air.In general,order quantity below 200pcs,we will ship by air/express,which would be even cheaper than by sea.We can ship worldwide,except APO/FPO.
For air,we will ship by different express, DHL,FEDEX,UPS or EMS.We do not use Chinapost. Prices varies according to difference express company. You may choose your favourite express services and ask us the total shipping charge. If by sea, please tell us which terms you prefer,FOB, CNF, or CIF. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
EMS: It will take about 7 to 10 working days to destination, it's often used to ship items to Southest Asia and Australia. ·DHL: It will take about 3 to 7 working days to destination, it's often used to ship items to Europe and North America. ·UPS: It will take about 4 to 8 working days to destination, it's often used to ship items to Southest Asia and North America.
5.How do I pay? We prefer to use T/T bank transfer when order invoice amount over USD1500.00.Under USD1500.00, west union,paypal are acceptable.For paypal,buyer need to pay more 4% of the total order invoice amount for their handlin fee.Order under USD600.00, buyer may choose west union,paypal or aliepxress(Escrow). If you use aliexpress, you will need to pay more 3% of the total amout as their commission.
6.When can you send the goods? Most of the models are avaliable from stock,but might be some items some colors are not complete. We suggest you choose the models in the latest months. Please tell me the models,order quantity and color for confirm before you place an order.Due to a huge daily shipments and our inspection in quality,we will arrange delivery within 2~7working days after we receive your fully payment. Please allow the time we prepare the goods.If your order is very urgent, please think it twice before you place an order.We do not ship package on Saturday and Sunday.If your order have no stock and need to production,it takes about 15days~ 1month for lead time depending on style and items.
7.What can I do when I am dissatisfied with the products? Please trust to purchase! We focus on quality!! Each product is strictly inspected to ensure that you will be satisfied wth goods.We are confident that you will not receive the goods in serious quality problems.If you find any defective item or our error led to the wrong goods,please contact us by email and briefly describe the damages together with pictures.After our negotiation,if you need an exchange or refund.Please return the item to us in its original condition within 10 days after receiving the package. We will return all your money except the shipping and handling fees after we receive your return items. The returned goods must be new unused, not washed, not man-made damage, we must keep the packaging and original accessories complete.Otherwise, we will not handle any refund or exchange. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items.
