How to applied our hot applied road crack sealant?

 1. Close the traffic:
Set construction signs according to technical specifications in accordance with
road maintenance.

 

 

2. Clean the crack: Clean the cracks by cutter and blower.

 

3.Heat the road crack sealant by crack filling machine:
Put the crack sealant into heat container and heat it to 120~150°C. . Keep mixing
and stirring while heating, and keep the temperature below 170°C.

 

4.Fill the cracks and seal the pothole.

 

5.Open the traffic: The crack sealant can be solidified in 1 hour, you can open
the traffic in 1 to 2hour after the construction.
