Preparation of Surface
Surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, oil and painting compound. Concrete surface must be dry and stable for (at least) four weeks. Users must check that the sealant is compatible with surface in terms of adhesiveness, staining and chemical compatibility. Making the Joint If necessary, apply a thin layer of PU Primer on the surface. After the Primer has dried press flexible non adhesive filler on the groove. The joint filler should be free of holes to ensure that bubbles do not form in the joint. For better finish use protection strip. For a narrow joint apply the sealant in one movement. For very wide joint apply the sealant in three places: The first two on the edges of the joint and third in the joint filler. Smooth out with soapy water. Press the sealant against the edges and the joint and joint filler while taking care not to create air bubbles. Remove protection strip. Clean the equipment with solvent like Xylene, Toluene. Polymerised sealant can be scrapped off. May be painted after polymerisation is complete. Use acrylic or vinyl dispersion paints after testing a section.

Chemically resistant to: Water, Cleaning agent, accidental spray with oil, hydrocarbons and dilute
acids and bases. UV rays do not have much effect on Polyurethane. However, light shades change color. This change in the appearance does not modify their mechanical properties or leak tightness.
Contains Poly Isocyanates. Avoid contact with skin. In Case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a physician. Use only in ventilated areas. Keep out of reach of Children.
