Our ballistic steel meets MIL-A-46100, MIL-A-46177 or MIL-A-12560 specifications and is used for its ballistic defeating properties and in a wide variety of Military and Private Security armoring applications. Test panels from each heat lot of material are subject to stringent ballistic testing by both the military and commercial independent testing facilities before being qualified and approved for use.
The manufacturing facility, for our ballistic steel is approved to MIL-I-45208A and ISO 9002. Mil. Std. armor plate is available up to 12 in. in nominal thickness. Our ballistic steels are offered with variable toughness, hardness, and workable characteristics dependent upon usage requirements. The ballistic steel can be provided in either flat stock plates or finished processed parts.

|Ballistic Resistant Aluminum, Armor Plate|
Our ballistic aluminum meets MIL-A-46027H (weldable 5083 & 5456) and MIL-A-46063G (7039) specifications and is used for its ballistic defeating properties and in a wide variety of military armoring applications. Test panels from each heat lot of material are subjected to stringent ballistic testing by the U. S. military at Aberdeen Proving Ground's ballistic test facility before being qualified and approved for use.
MIL. Std. aluminum armor plate is available from 1/4" up to 4" in nominal thickness. The aluminum armor plate can be provided in either flat stock plates or finished processed parts.
|Ballistic Resistant Ceramics|
|Ballistic grade ceramics offer lighter weight options for ballistic capabilities than metals for armor. Ceramics are extremely hard and dissipate projectile integrity through their extreme hardness. Ceramics work extremely well in composite forms, and can be durable within extreme temperature ranges that often affect other armor's.|
