1.Basic information 

1.Itis widely used in water supply and drainage, recycled water, air conditioning and heating, fire control, ship, water pump, and compressor, Etc. They are low cost vibration and deflection absorption in fluid conveyance pipes.

2.The bellow consists of two symmetrical connecting end, either threaded unions for small nominal bores or flanged ends for large nominal bore pipelines.

3.They are ideal for compensating thermal expansion and contraction in piping system as an unbeatable cost effective alternative to expansion loops which require large amounts of materials and space.

1). Out/inner Rubber: EPDM/NBR/NR

2). Structure: Reinforce with Nylon Cord fabric

3). Support Ring: Steel Wire.

4). Thread: Malleadble Cast Iron Forged.

3.Technical conditions,

1). Working Pressure: 1.6MPa(16kg.f/cm²₎

2). Explosion Pressure: 4.86MPa(16kg.f/cm²₎

3). Temperature: -15-115, for special: -30-+250

4). Deflexion Angle: (a₁+a₂)45

5). Vacuum: 53.3KPa(400mmHg).

6). Media: Water, Seawater, Hot water, Air, Oil, Acid, Alkali, etc.
