DY-BAC Self-adhesive Bitumen Waterproof Membrane
BAC self-adhesive bitumen waterproof membrane is a kind of reinforced self-adhesive waterproof sheets, made in polyester felt and soaked by self-adhering polymer modified bitumen. The soaked felt is covered with polyethylene felt, aluminum foil or sands and isolation paper on top of them . With the polyester felt , the tensile strength of DYS has been increased to resist the leak caused by the stress deformation and crevice from reinforced concrete, so it shall be the first choice to use RSRB as the waterproofing materials .

Scope of application
It can be widely used in waterproof works on industry or civil s roofing, basement, tunnel ,the metal roofing , roofing greening and other waterproof projects.
1. Process : Base treatment ->Smearing the basic surface disposing pharmaceutical->Connection point treatment -> Laying the DYS -> Treatment at the end part -> Acceptance of project
Base treatment: The base must be clean, solid, level, dry; no light, grit, rift and loosing dust. For a large recess , fill it with cement mortar and then level it . Remove the protrusion and clean dust.
Smearing the basic surface disposing pharmaceutical: Beat up the pharmaceutical fully , paint the base evenly .Reference volume 0.2kg/m2. Lay the sheets after it become dry .
Connection point treatment: All tube roots, such as tube for rainwater or through the walls , must be sealed before lay the sheets. The width between additional layers and vertical plane must be greater than or equal to 250mm.
Laying the membrane: Confirm the direction and order of the sheets, mark the base with the line, then stick the sheets. Spread out the rolled materials (the side layer of insulation should be downward), arrange them at the appropriate site, cut out by the requirement of the size , roll a sheet from one end to the mid part ,cut off the film if insulation and roll to compact with a roller .Repeat the above step for the other part.. When cracks or bubbles come to the sheets, it needs the sheets over than 100mm width to seal the false place.
Treatment at the end part: When the end part is on the horizontal or the vertical place, polyurethane sealant must be used on them. When the end part is on the façade place, metal strips , sealants and screws must be added to fix the end part.

2.In process of laying ,eliminate the air under the sheet and roll it to adhere to the base surface .
3.Keep the sheets from the dirty , polluted or frozen place or places with water.
Storage and Transportation
1. Different items, models dimension and grades should be stored separately.
2 .Put the product in a dry, ventilated place with the height less than 5 layers .
3. Guarantee period is a year in normal environment.
4. All the rolls should be erect without any putting across or incline. Cover the canvas when necessary.
