2.General introduction of the cooling machine

The single-cylinder cooler also has a cylinder body, a lining brick, a rolling ring, a wheel support device and a ring gear type transmission device. the feeding device ,discharge device and sealing device are equipped accordingly.

The main heat exchange device is a lifting plate, and the lifting plate makes the material curtain evenly distributed in the cross section of the cylinder to facilitate heat exchange with the passing gas. To enhance the cooling effect, water can be sprayed on the outside of the cylinder.

The single cylinder cooler is suitable for cooling the hot material from the rotary kiln, and at the same time, the large amount of thermal energy carried by the high temperature material is absorbed by the air, and the combustion air entering the kiln is preheated to a high temperature to strengthen the calcination and reduce the heat consumption. It is An important supporting facility for rotary kiln.

The high temperature materials generated by the rotary kiln often need to be cooled to a certain temperature by the chiller before being transported, stored and further processed. According to the need, the cooling machine can recover a large amount of heat carried by the high-temperature materials with air, and preheat the combustion air into the kiln to a higher temperature to enhance combustion and reduce heat consumption.
