I'm Joey Gou from Xinxiang Huayin Renewable Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. We are manufacturer which has specialized in manufacturing tyre pyrolysis plant, plastic pyrolysis plant or tyre recycling plant, plastic recycling plant from 1993 and we have 9 patents. Basic analysis about the project

Abundant raw material

Waste tyre, waste plastic, waste engine oil


The plant include three links

1st link: pyrolysis. This link can process raw material to crude oil

2nd link: distillation. Pump the crude to this link to get diesel.

3rd link: decolor and deodorant. Process the diesel which is from 2nd link to get clean diesel with good color and smell.

We can support CE, ISO9001&ISO14001, other documents and information to you for applying for permit.

Reasonable site

1st link needs 400 square meters, 2nd link needs around 400 meters, 3rd link needs around 200 square meters. Whole set needs 1000 squares meters.

Good selling channel or usage

The main output is oil, it can used for industry fuel, like heating furnace. The other output is carbon black and steel wire, the carbon black can used for fuel, and used for chemical industry after grinding. The stell can be sold out as waste steel.

Plant’s features

Blast protection system

Our plant include oil-water separator, negative pressure device, anti-back fire device which can prevent the flammable gas which is from furnace go back to the furnace. There are two auto-safety valves in the reactor to ensure it runs in normal pressure.

Acid-base neutralization SO2 removal

Our dust and sulfur removal system according to acid-base neutralization to remove the dust and SO2 which is from heating system to protect the environment.

Recovering the exhaust flammable gas for fuel

The anti-back fire device can recycle the exhaust flammable gas to the furnace for fuel. It can save much fuel for you.

Recycled water cooling system

All of water for cooling system is recycled, so it ensure that the cooling system have stable low temperature. So the oil gas can be liquefied sufficiently.

There is a laboratory in our factory and a university teacher works in it. We can test all kinds of oil’s quality. And we can test your raw material’s oil yield and oil quality if you give us a little sample. If a manufacture hasn’t a laboratory, how dose he know the quality of oil?
