The Blow Molding system does not require highly trained operators to produce consistent quality bottles.
1.The bottle making processing starts by loading performs into the preheater
2. The preheater uses a variable speed track that moves the performs through a heating tunnel.the heat tunnel has specially designed heating elements for a consistent heating operation with minimal maintenance
3.when preforms have made on “trip”through the preheater,they are manually loaded two(three or four)at a time into the blow molder
4.After the bottles are formed in the blowing cycle, they are removed and the cycle continues.
5.the finished bottles are then loaded directly onto a conveyor for filling or can be stored for later use.
1.A semi permeable membrane in a reverse osmosis system only allows certain things to pass through
2.This membrane passes water easily but also prevents many other contaminants from passing by trapping them.
3.Water is normally on both sides of the membrane, the water on each side has a different concentration of dissolved minerals.
4. the water in the less concentrated solution tries to dilute the more concentrated solution.
5.Water will pass through the membrane from the lower concentration side to the greater concentration side.
6.the osmotic pressure created by the difference in water levels, will counter the diffusion process forming and equilibrium between the two sides.
Monobloc Filling Machine
1.The plastic bottles are fed into the rotary rinser,filler capper a means of an input feed conveyor.
2.A Star wheel then transer the bottles to neck holding gripper of the rinsing station. the Rinsiong robot indexes the bottle 180 degree and activaties the rinsing value
3.Bottles are picked up by the neck and are allocated individual filling values.The state-of-art filing valve is so precise and accurate it gives even filling in all bottles
4.The filled bottles are then transferred to the capping station via a star wheel..The bottles automatically move for the capping stage where the caps release from the sorter on to the bottles. The caps are sealed automatically using special capping hands. The entire system is enclosed in a stainless steel/glass outer casing.
5.After the capping stage the bottle are automatically ejected out to the out feed conveyor.
6.The whole equipment is sleek and is capable of bottling various sizes of PET bottles ranging from 250ml to 2Ltrs
1. Shrink sleeve labels are supplied from a roll in the form of a continuous web
2.our unique dual powered unwind provides a continuous supply of labels and eliminates down time due to roll changes
3.unlabeled containers are transported via an in feed conveyor and then metered via a rotating feeds crew
4.As the containers enter the labeler, the labels in webs form are opened and formed into a tube by mandrel, fed in precise registration with a printed graphic, cut in precise registration
5.applied to a container which is then transported via conveyor to a steam tunnel where controlled steam heat from steam generator shrinks the sleeve tightly onto the container in an enclosed steam tunnel and conform to the container.
6.Containers then exit the shrink tunnel via a discharge conveyor
Shrink wrapping Machine
1.After filling, capping and labeling, product to be shrink packaged is presented to themachine on a conveyor or trolley
2. Here, the operator assembles a desired group of product in the front of the hand operated(or pneumatically assisted)pusher. Once ready ,the operator advances the pusher to transfer the pack to the welding and wrapping station.
3.At this stage the pack is clamped. As the operator returns the pusher the welding bar automatically descends to complete the wrap, cut and seal the film. In the meantime, operator prepares for next group of products.
4. Here, the operator assembles a desired group of product in the front of the hand operated(or pneumatically assisted)pusher. Once ready ,the operator advances the pusher to transfer the pack to the welding and wrapping station.
5.The wrapped collation soon enters the shrink tunnel chamber where recirculated hot air causes the wrap to shrink and tightly confirm to the contours of the contents.
6.Once the pack is out of the chamber, force air cooling is used to tighten the sleeve wrap to achieve a strong ,secure pack ready for stacking on a pallet or placing in a shipping carton
