Soft Candy Powder


The soft candy powder series, better characteristic than agar, gelatin and pectin, is applied to soft candy, jelly candy and milky candy with filling. The soft candy made from our product, with higher elasticity and smooth taste, is not easy to be dissolved in summer or sticky to teeth.


The product has good liquidity when filling into mould, it is suitable for soft candy products especially for soft corn candy and those require harder and more elastic tastes.

Production Process


1. Soak soft candy powder in water for one hour

2. Mix sugar and syrup with some water and Heat up to 106.C (syrup concentration: Be72.±2.)

3. Add the water with soft candy powder and mix evenly

4. Fill to another container and keep mixing until it is at 98.C

5. Add citric acid (dissolve with warm water in advance)

6. Add flavor and coloring matter,

7. Fill to candy mould immediately

8. Cool and take the soft candy out

9. Dry at 55.C (no more than 60.C) for 48 hours
