It is produced by Antonio Fernando Tirolli & Company Ltda, (San Joaquim distillery) founded by "Tirolli" family, and it is in trade for over 50 (fifty) years. It is located in Palmital City, in San Paul State. This city is well known as "The land of the traditional sugar cane liquor" and nowadays it produces 300.000 (three hundred thousand) liters per day. It has always aimed the quality of its product, therefore a more rigid process of washing the sugar cane and grinding was developed and it reduces and eliminates some of its unsuitable substances and, through a special fermentation, which guarantees a standard of handmade sugar cane liquor taste, where is distilled on average of 48 (forty eight) degrees (gl) of alcohol and acidity between 20 (twenty) and 25 (twenty five) mg/L whose the maximum value allowed is 150 (fifty) mg/L.
The process of bottling is made by "Alanandu Beverages Ltda" (it was also founded by "Tirolli" family). It has been in domestic trade for 4 (four) years and abroad for 1 (one) year, it aims above all the quality of its product
"Du Tirolli sugar cane liquor". By acquiring the sugar cane liquor from a selected production of the distillery, it abides by the right standard for export.
Besides acquiring a sugar cane liquor selected previously, we work rigidly about its storage, which is kept into vats for one year at least before the bottling to rest and to age, as well as the process of filtration and preparation. Its final composition is: Fermented distilled of sugar cane (sugar cane liquor), sugar and water standardized at 38 (thirty-eight) degrees (gl) of alcohol and acidity between 10 (ten) and 20 (twenty) mg/L, which offers a milder taste.
