So our price is more compective than trade company.
2.Q: About Sample.
A: About sample, we could send it to you for test if the sample is in stock.
The cost is paid by you no matter sample fee or shipping fee.
But we will refund the cost to you after you place the order.
3.Q: About Quality.
A: We are a factory which has over 20 years history.
We have well experiences in this filed no matter manufacture or inspection.
We have our own QC teams, they will make sure the whole production procedures strictly operating.
4.Q: About Deliver time.
A: Usually, it needs 50-60 days to purchase spare parts from oversea such as SHIMANO derailleur system equipments.
In fact, we could finish order in a few days while all the spare parts are ready.
5.Q: About MOQ.
A: Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is 150 cartons.
Why? Generally, 150 cartons could be shipped in a 20 FEET CONTAINER.
I think you won't let the container wast the space.
You could put various colors or models bikes to reach one container.
6.Q: About Payment.
A: Now, we only accept T/T and L/C payment terms.
T/T: 30% T/T as deposit and 70% T/T before shipment.
7.Q: About Packing.
A: We will use bubble pack, paper board, plastic protector to protect bike.
The carton is match the bike size and thick enough to avoid be punctured.
8.Q: About After-Sale Service.
A: We provide a good after-sale service when you have any question about order or production.
9.Q: What can I do if I received damaged bike?
A: Don't worry. Please take photos to show what's wrong with it and send photos by e-mail.
We will respond within 24 hours to help you solve it.
10.Q: Can I send the broken bike to your factory to fix in warranty date?
A: It is our responsibility to fix it.
However, send it to us may be not the best way to settle it.
It depends on the cost which will happen, we prefer to find a better way to solve it.
