HOPSON Tire and Rubber Marking Crayons are ideal for those operating in tire, rubber, hose, and automotive industries. The product has zero VOCs and is used to mark rubber surfaces for inspection and identification purposes.
HOPSON offer two types of crayons, Fugitive and Non-Fugitive. The fugitive crayons, also refered to as Ply Markers, are safe for internal use on uncured rubber surfaces such as: calendered material, plies, bead rings, etc. When used in production, Ply Markers do not act as contaminants and will not cause de-lamination. The product is available in extensive color varieties, as well as crayons with markings that are visible only under ultraviolet light (UV) and markings that disappear after curing. Non-Fugitive Crayons, or Tire Crayons, are safe for external use on cured tire and rubber surfaces.

HOPSON Tire and Rubber Marking Crayons are applied by hand. Packaged with 12 crayons per box. Crayons may be purchased labeled or unlabeled.
