Application:

Used in electronic components, circuit boards, electronic ignition controller etc with the pouring sealant.

 

Use technology:

a) Preheat: be pouring devices please from 70 to 80 °C baking 1 ~ 2 hours. Also can reduce temperature, extend the heating time, extend to remove device moisture. ZRU552 in low temperature, the viscosity will be higher, can preheated the material to 25 °C ~ 45 °C. Easy to use.

b) Mixing: according to the proportion weighing A, B material, when stirred vertical stir bar, clockwise( or counterclockwise) stir 2 ~ 3 minutes, decrease as far as possible into the air. Pay attention to stir the bottom of the container, the edge to mix the department also, otherwise there will be local not curing phenomenon.

c) Deaeration: the potting surface must be bright and clean and no bubble, should be the mixture a vacuum in (more than 0.1 mpa) off bubbles. Stirring edge vacuum suction dynamic deaeration, more benefit at the air bubbles removed. The mechanical measuring potting mix the government steps 2, 3.

d) Pouring: mixture into the device, the device in the complex structure and great volume, duty to times pouring. Pouring with hot air gun etc. Can eliminate surface floating bubble.

e) Cure: 25 °C / (8-10) h, or 80 °C / 1 h can be cured. Environment humidity should be controlled in < 70%, low temperature will extend the curing time.
