The EVX-C51 supports automatic identification of analog and digital signals so that users can communicate with existing analog walkie-talkie users as well as with new analog/digital dual-mode DMR digital walkie-talkie users.

The EVX-C51 can store up to 32 channels through programming software, each of which can be individually defined as digital or analog or mixed mode. These channels can be divided into 2 groups and quickly switched by preset programmable side buttons.

7) Lone worker
This is a feature designed to confirm user security in digital mode. The standalone mode is a built-in timer that requires the user to reset within a preset time interval, if the user does not press the PPT button to reset the timer, the radio will automatically enter emergency mode and send an alarm signal.

In the digital communication mode, the use of TDMA technology reduces the battery consumption per call, and saves power when transmitting. The standard 1800mAh lithium battery solution provides up to 14 hours of operation over a 5-5-90 duty cycle (5% launch, 5% receive, 90% standby).
