Conical beer fermentation features:
1-Yeast is at the bottom of the cone to facilitate discharge at any time during the process of production,
require the use of cohesion yeast
2-Tank itself has a cooling device, is advantageous for the fermentation temperature control.
Production is easy to control, shorten the fermentation period, less chance to contact bacterium, beer quality is stable.
3-If the tank outside with insulation device, tank can be placed in the outdoor, reduce construction investment,
save area, is advantageous for the expansion.
4-Adopt enclosed tank, facilitate CO2 cleaning and CO2 recovery, fermentation can be also processed under
certain pressure. To be able to use as fermentation tank, also can be used as wine storage tank, can also be combined fermentation and wine storage in one tank, referred to as one tank of fermentation.
5-The tank fermented liquid produce of CO2 gradient because of the liquid height (i.e., formation density
gradient). By cooling control, can make the fermented liquid of natural convection, the higher the tanks and the stronger convection. But because of the strong convection, yeast fermentation ability increase , fermentation speed up, shorten the fermentation cycle.
6.Fermentation tank can be controlled by instrument or microcomputer, easy to operate and manage.
7. Conical tank is suitable for both top fermentation and bottom fermentation
8. Can be equipped with CIP cleaning device, easy to clean.
9. The tank capacity can be custom-made, from 100L-10000L.
