As a kind of single-component moisture-curing multipurpose polyurethane foam sealant, it possesses high expansibility and cohesion, ultra-low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, high insulation as well as excellent functions of waterproof, heat insulation, sound insulation, heat preservation, shock and compression resistance. Without cracking, shrinkage and corruption after solidification, the product can fill and cohere different materials in various structure position. The product possesses characteristics such as simple operation,quick solidfication, strong practicality, low cost and extensive usage. Further more, its foam expansion is up to 60 multiple and of excellent flame-retardant which owns self-extinguishing ability.
This product is completely without any Freon, which conforms to Montreal Environmental Protection Agreement.
1. Temperature of normal operating environment of this product is +5°C to +35°C.
2. After spouting out, the foam can dry (tack free ) in 10 minutes and be cut after 60 minutes. After 4 hours, it can bear heavy pressure.
3. After solidification, the product can tolerate temperature between -30°C and +80°C.
4. Product can cohere all the building materials except polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone and teflon materials.
5. After solidification, product should be prevented from long-time ultraviolet irradiation and exposed part should be daubed with mortar, lime, coating or oil paint for protection.
6. Having no poison effect on human body after solidification.
1. Normal operating temperature is 5-30°C. Construction surface should be without dust and oil but be kept humid.
2. Fully shake before using ( approx 30 times)
3. Take off protective cover and fix the pot to special spray guns or pipes.
4. Treat the surface with razor blade after foam solidification.
5. Aim at positions in need of filling and filling up equably to half is all right.
