1 Yakinthos Extra Virgin Olive oil
is a unique variety of the best olives of our place.
This olive oil has a rich flavor of freshly harvested olive fruit, a distinct bitterness, aftertaste pepperiness and fruity aromas. The color is from light green to intense green with yellow reflections.
The olives are hand picked. They are pressed daily using the cold extraction method at 270C for 45 minutes. The olive oil is stored in stainless steel containers at a constant temperature 160C.
The variety is 100% koroneiki without additives, from Kalamata area, in Greece. Genuine by definition, this aromatic oil is delicious on the palate, very nutritious, with a balanced and harmonious taste.
