Features of this line are as following:
Changing models is quickly. The line will automatically adjust the mould rack and positioning only after choosing the production dimentions which you needed on the touch screen, so as to meet the production requirments.
The whole line has high productivity and runs smoothly.
This line consists of components such as automatic loading machine, punching machine, 180º turning over machine, roll milling machine, transition conveyor, molding press machine, cutting machine,two-edge bending machine,manual unloading machine.It also has control units including air-cylinder system,hydraulic system and electrical control system etc.
Automatic loading machine This is bilateral loading device which can load metal plate from two convey trolley at both side.The feeding manipulator adopts the vacuum chuck and displace to the next station by rubber coating rollers.
Punching machine This punching machine is specially designed to make the mold racks moving stable and safe.Available mold life reaches more than one million times for careful and high standard material selecting.Holes and gaps on the sheet are driven to form by the hydro-cylinder; All the punching mold racks are controlled by servo and can move freely on X and Y direction.
180º turning over machine Metal sheets after punching transfer to turning over position throuth rubber coating rollers and turning arms turnover the metal sheet at angle of 180º to leave metal burrs at the inner sheet.
Roll milling machine This section is the hard core of servo-control top panel forming line, it functions to form the groove profile of the top panel; it is applied the international newest roll milling technology to form by 30 pairs of rollers which can ensure the high precision and small innerstress; The roller gear box is lubricated by engine oil and the spiral sealing technology is adopted to ensure no oil leakage.
Transition conveyor The sheets of roller forming in this station could wait entering next station where to link up the front and back stations.
Forming press machine This machine is particularly designed of four columns structure with oil-cylinder driving system to make “Z” shape of product’s four corners. It is very convenient to maintain and also manages the production more stable. The forming unit can automatically adjust forming mould in term of length and width of product by servo control system.
Cutting machinehe machine is used for cutting continum sheet into bisection;it has ingenious structure and can use stable and durable;meanwhile its particular swing transmiting structure ensures changeness during cutting.The cutting molds are made of the material(SKD—11)which imported from Japan and its international advanced heat treatment technology assures mould to be used more than 300,000 times without any grinding.
Bending machine of both sides The machine is used for forming “C” shape of product’s two sides;optimized structure design is easy to transmit sheets of length 450mmfreely;four bending units alternate between mold changing and bending with the aid of two sets servo control system and hydraulic syestem driving oil-cylinder.
Manual unloading machineThe whole process is finished when formed product unloads from the line,.
