1.The production process is performed in the closed system of smokeless tasteless closed system. It is clean and environmental.
2.Without secondary fractionating process, one process can produce a good, clear and transparent liquid fuel oil, which can greatly improve the added value of products, reduce the cost.

4.The highly effective gas heating system. In the process of refining, the gas heated to 150 degrees Celsius will produce a lot of flammable gases which could not be liquefied at room temperature - mainly Alkane C1, C2. Most of those toxic gases are discharged directly into air in the traditional process which is harmful the environment. Instead, we use the special gas nozzle to push the toxic gases back into heating system to fulfill a better combustion. It can not only avoid pollution, but also save a lot of energy.
5.Flue dust removal system. Our equipment is fitted with double water spray dust remover which can ensure that the gases ejected from flue meet national discharge standard.
The waste oil regeneration process
The first procedure is sediment. The waste oil is collected into oil tank and heated under the action of catalyst. The big impurities will sink below. And then the supernatant oil will be delivered into slag pot to scum.
The second procedure is distillation. Distillation recombines the molecules of the waste oil. The gas goes through the condensing system and generates liquid oil by distillation.
The third procedure is that the distilled diesel oil will be mixed and degummed under a certain temperature.
The forth procedure is cleaning with acid. Cleaning with acid can dissociate most of the impurities from waste oil. Add 6% of the acid into the waste oil and stir for 15 minutes and lots of impurities will appear. Stop stirring to let the impurities subside. The concentration of aid should be over 98%, otherwise the result will be ineffective. It might also be noted that the concentration will be lower after the acid absorb the water.
The fifth procedure is Alkali neutralization. Saturate the acid with alkali and test with PH test paper. Remember to stir during neutralization.
The sixth procedure is water scrubbing to wash away the acid, alkali and other water soluble impurities.
The seventh procedure is collation. The oils are filtered while they are hot. Finally we get the product oils. The whole regeneration process is completed. Those qualified diesel oils could be used on motor vehicles and agricultural machinery.
