substrate with excellent wear-resistance, in combination with MT-Ti(CN), thick layer Al2O3TiN coating. It is an ideal grade for th finishing steel, cast steel and stainless steel under high speed and dry machining.
Cutting edge with special strength and toughness, in an optimal combination with MT-Ti(CN), thick layer Al2O3, TiN coating. It is a suitable grades for a wide application. It is good for the finishing, semi-finishg and light roughing of steel, cast steel and stainless steel.
Substrate with high strength and resistance against plastic deformation, in combination with MT-Ti(CN), thick layer Al2O3, TiN coating. It is suitable for light roughing and roughing stell, cast steel and stainless steel.
Substrate with special structure, in combination with Ti(CN), thin layer AL2O3, TiN coating. With the resistance against diffusion wearness and plastic deformation, it is good for finishing and semi-finishing (turning as well as boring ) of stainless steel.

Suitable for roughig and semi-finishing machining of cast iron and heart-resistant alloys, nonmetallic materials such as plastic, wood specialloy used in aviation industry with sharp deges inserts. Medium cutting speed and a big feed rate is recommended.
TiCN based cermet, improves chemicstability and wear-resistant. Using with sharp cutting dege and chip-breaker, it can be got good surface quality whether under conditions of high speed or low speed. It is suitable for finishing machining steel, stainless steel and cast iron.
Ticn based cermet, with better toughness than YNG051, fine resistant thermoplastic transmutation and resistant built-up. It is suitable for semi-finishing and finishing machining steel, stainless steel and cast iron.
PCBN-tipped with very high hardness and high heat stability under about 1300°C of the cutting temperature,.It's mainly suittable for machining hardnened steels of HRC50-60(e.g.carbon tools steels, ball bearing steels, die tool steels and high speed steels etc), gray cast iron cold hard cast irons and Ni-, Co-, Cr-, or Fe- based high temperature alloys.
PCD tipped inserts with high hardness, good wear-resistance, low friction and heat conductivity. It is mainly suitable for machining non-ferrous metals(E.G.Cu, Al,-allys with high Silicon.) and non-metal materials(e.g.glass fiber, ceramics, reinforced plastic etc).
