3 Equipment advantage
a. With auto breaker (DW15 type)—own protection performance
Quick power disconnect protection for unusual circuit, such as short circuit, break circuit, phase missing, power failure, low voltage, discharge, protect power system and equipment.
b. Our equipment has 14 thyristors, which could withstand high output voltage. The higher voltage output, the higher efficiency the equipment perform. The working voltage of the products from other factory is between 750v-800v, ours is higher than 1000v. Under the same power output, our product can heat more quickly and consume less power;
c. Obtain Inner pure water circulation cooling system;
Such cooling system will not form incrustation scale to stop the production. Other suppliers’ furnace just uses running water or groundwater for cooling, the incrustation scale are easily to block the circulation and stop the equipment. We just need little pure water to keep the equipment work properly;
d. All tightening bolt are make of stainless steel rather than iron or brass bolt from other supplier. Stainless steel bolts are strong, magnetism conduct, free from rusting and looks shinning;
e. Full load testing
We conduct full load testing before delivery, so we just teach user how to use. Many other factories don’t have high power supply, they can only test with low power and solve the problem at user’s place, which will delay the test.
f. We install the elements on Bakelite board rather than Leftover board which will cause electric leakage;
g. Adopt convenient water connector, which make a quick convenient installation;
h. Adopt stainless steel water distribution rather than galvanize iron pipe which are easily rusting;
