Before on-line production, all the appearance and functions of the PCB boards must be 100% checked by our QC department. 3. Semi-finished goods must be 100% inspected by our QC (quality control) department, if any defective part, we will repair it and then return it to production line again. 4. IPQC(Input process quality control) must patrol inspecting during production process. 5. Completed sets must be 100% checked by the QC department, after that all the lamps start 30 minutes aging test. 6. After the aging test, QC department will 100% check all the goods, then starting packing. 7. Warranty card is packed together with product in the color box for the after-sale quality service.
