Q: I want to cut metal, please suggest the right item? A: Please choose A6s, A8s and DLT series for cutting metal.
Q: I have a laser cutting machine, is there anything I need to pay attention to while I choosing the laser tube? A: Please look over your machine instruction, there is the requirement for the laser tube, according to your cutting material, thickness and the requirement of speed. If you are still not clear about it, contact with us aftersales service, please.
Q: What is requirement about water cooking systems? A: Co2 laser tube needs to use chillers with water-refrigerant heat 10 meter, Vent flow rate of not less than 9 liter/minute, refrigerating capacity of not less than 5084Btu/h. We suggest that Cooling water should be distilled water, deionized water or purified water, to avoid scale formation and then cooling water pipes clogged. Water should be full of tube, not any bubble. Any water bubble will lead to tube breakdown.
Q: What is the difference among G, As and H series? A: G Series is the cost effective one. And H series is different with the diameter and length, short working time, 6000-8000 working times, The As series is the up-graded one on the basis of G and H series. Diameter is 80mm and warranty is 12 months
Q: How to keep the tube long lifespan? What is your advice? A: We suggest you to check carefully about the current shows on laser tube label. The operating current should not exceed 80% of maximum current when use for a long time.
Q: How to install laser tube on my machine? (1) Please install laser tube according to the marking on the laser, connect the wires of positive and negative terminal, inlet pipe and outlet pipe of the laser correctly. (2) Turn on the chiller, adjust the laser direction, and ensure that the coolant is full of lasers and there is no blockage. (3) Remove the window label and turn on the laser power supply to adjust the optical path.
Q: How to claim the tube?
