Each engineering team strive to develop technologically advanced, high quality, safety and cost-efficient valves. We use the most advanced computer technology to improve the existing products and to develop new product lines, this includes the advanced close tolerance measurement equipment to virtually verify the new designs prior to production; this has resulted in dramatically reducing the design time and ensuring a safe and cost efficient final product.
We closely cooperate with science and research institutes and universities, and have developed valve specific software packages, Particularly in the field of valve 3D structure and finite element analysis Neway leads the way internationally in valve manufacturing and technoloaical innovations.
Introduction of Foundries:
As a pressure-contained equipment in process control pipeline, the valve casting quality is the most important aspect for valve life and personnel and environment safety, particularly when used in high temperature and high pressure applications. So castings are always certified firstly by the strict customer before valve manufacturer are pre-qualified and approved as a qualify supplier.
Unlike many other manufacturers, our factory has its own foundries: one mainly produces large size sand castings using the organic ester water glass sand cast process, and the other produces small size investment castings using the loss wax investment cast process. Each foundry is equipped with a wide range of quality inspection equipments, such as: spectrum instrument analyzer, non-destructive test equipment, mechanical properties test equipments etc, we control the whole valve manufacturing process to ensure the final products quality, on time delivery at a competitive price, this makes us to be the supplier of choice for many customers.
As a modem manufacturer, we actively introduced many advanced new manufacturing processes and equipments, utilizing the latest computerized manufacturing technology. These include a large number of numeric control machines (Machining center, CNC horizontal and vertical lathe, CNC drilling machine), ERP manufacturing management system, warehouse management system (WMS), bar code system, RFID-Radio Frequency Identify technology and SSW-Stereoscopic Storage Warehouse, which
significantly improve our machining quality, process control and logistic efficiency.
Our factory also utilizes a number of conventional lathes with the capacity to machine up to 64” gate valves, and highly efficient automatic submerged arc welding machine with double arms enabling our factory to produce up to 60” fully seal welded body ball valves.
The aforementioned reinforce our manufacturing philosophy of supplying stable quality product and just in-time delivery services.
Our factory has developed an extensive and advanced inspection and test facilities to control the quality from rough castings or forgings to finished products. These facilities enable us to do in-house Radio Graphic test, Dye-pentrant test, Magnetic test, Positive Material Identifier (PMI), Impact test, Vacuum test, Low Fugitive Emission test, High Pressure Gas test, High Temperature test, Ultrasonic test and Hydro Static test.
