Two component polysulfide sealant is solvent free, room curing, polysulfide type sealant, which has excellent cohesion and airproof performance, especially research for manufacture environmental and energy-saving insulating glass .
It’s mainly suitable for the product line of insulating glass, polysulfide sealant contain thixotropic polysulfide base (A component) and curing agent (B componet). If mix this sealant according to rated proportion, this sealant could adhere to glass, aluminum product etc material, and without beforehand daubing.
Never produce any volatile compound. Outstanding thixotropism, suitable for all-wave construction.
Low tack: construction craftwork is simple and improve efficiency, cost reduction. After solidification, it form elastomer,which has excellent cohesion to glass and aluminum alloy etc metal.
Suitable for all kinds of climate:
It could keep its characteristics from -50°C to 100°C and could construct from -5°C to 45°C. It has compatibility with all kinds of hot melt butyl, suitable for the manufacture of double times sealing of insulating glass.

A,B component matching range: 10:1,curing speed can also be controlled through adjusted proportion. ( with more B component, the curing time is shorter; with less B component, the curing time is longer), mixing ratio should be uniformity and no color variation.
