Dear Sirs, our Head Partner in Amsterdam is a registered and authorized buyer direct to Gazprom, Lukoil, Rosneft and Surgutneftegas. We can provide: REBCO, D2, Mazut M100, LPG, Jet Fuel, and UREA.
Please note that the above Russian suppliers with an actual export license will not send you anything upfront with out first having received and verified directly the following:
1. ICPO made in English and Russian addressed to each accordingly
2. BCL/BRL addressed to them and with Soft Probe Authorization
3. Color passport scan copy of the ICPO signatory with Company Profile.
If the above is received complete and current, it will be submitted by us and if they verify as positive by them directly you/your buyer will receive an FCO directly from them. After that we will set up a TTM for you directly in Moscow or London for you/ your buyer to deal final terms and price directly.

The way we operate for supplies out of Russia are as follows:
1. Icpo needs to be send to all 4 major Russian Oil companies that have an actual export license: (in English and Russian) Ojsc Surgutneftegas, OJSC Rosneft, OAO Gazprom, and OAO Lukoil.
