Process
1. A project leader(PL) or Business Associate (BA) will be assigned to you who will be the source of contact for all projects.
2. You will contact the PL/BA and give him/her the project details and he will get back with complete requirements documents and the detailed breakup of the project into workable software components.
3. Once this is confirmed, the project can be started. Developers/ Designers are assigned as per the requirements.
4. Testing will be done on the test bed and then once you have tested it yourself, it will be ready for deployment.

Terms

1. You can hire X number of developers along with a project manager for a fixed period of time (minimum 12 months). The payment will be dependent on the number of developers chosen, relative work experience of the developers and the type of project (So if a developer is chosen to do PERL projects his/her rates will be higher compared to developers chosen to do HTML projects). A collective sum will be billed depending on this and an advanced payment of 50% has to be made on the total bill before the start of the contract and the remaining 50% at the end of the contract. As stated, the minimum period of contract is 1 year.
