PERUVIAN GROUND PAPRIKA
The paprika pods are harvested by hand in the fields and they are washed and dehydrated inmediately. The grinding process is then performed, where the dehydrated pods are introduced into tradicional mills of advanced technology to obtain a fine granulated paprika, depending on the client's requirementes.
