The building floor surface shall be divided up into several zones.
The system shall only use chilled/hot water for air handling unit irrespective of the production equipment.
One AHUs is installed for each zone to supply recycling treated air through under floor plenum  for distribution through fan assisted terminals to the desired location.
The system will  use a plenum under the raised floor as the distribution channelling, without any need for false ceilings.
The building is divided into a certain number of thermo-dynamically homogeneous areas.Each area is then served by a local zonal air treatment unit.
