IQF Freezer

In EURoFREEZE IQF tunnels, the products are handled in 2 zones, The crust freezing zone (belt 1) and the deep freezing zone (belt 2). The success of the freezer is found in the combination of the two zones. Both zones are equipped with stainless steel mesh belts that serves to support heavier products. The true fluidization minimizes contact between belt and the product and thus eliminates the risk of mechanical damage to the product. The product will thus be quickly crust frozen in the first belt and finish frozen in the second. Belt speeds in both belts are independently adjustable by means of frequency controlled motors in order to adjust holding times. The air flow is controlled to perfectly suit each product which gives an even temperature throughout the freezer and uniform high product quality. Thanks to the fluidization in the second zone also, the result is a very versatile, efficient and reliable in-line freezer.
