Automatic-Feeding Solid Fuel Boiler burns solid fuels such as coal,prina(olive pomace), wooden pellets,maize very productively and puts out the ashes.

The Heating-Systems, which is manufactured with this Solid Fuel Boiler is used;in poultry farms,in greenhouses,in factories and in departments with central heating systems,in markets..&more.The models between 40.000-800.000 Kcal/h capacities are available to heat different kind of places.

1-The feeding of the Boiler is at the bottom and automatic.This enables productive burning and minimizes the formation of smoke.It provides economic usage.

2-The System puts out the ashes automatically.This system pours the ashes out of the machine or to ash boxes by combing the both sides of burning crucibles with double-spirals.(Patent right for Kozlusan)

3-The mixing system of the boiler is automatic.The stonned-ashes which exist in normal boilers burning-crucible, prevent fire from burning continuously and productively.This system enables %100 burning productivity because of its front-rear moving and full automatic mechanisation.Thanks to this system,User does not deal with problems such as opening the lid and mixing and taking the ashes.

Besides Kozlusan loading redictor,there is another motor redictor which is used for the systems of mixing,spreading coals,breaking the stonned-ashes and uncovering the fire.

4-While designing the burning room of the boiler,well-qualified and thick equipments are used as the maximum heat is kept in mind.

5-To Prevent the heat loss of the Boiler,Isolated sheet irons are used.

6-Fuel-feeding spiral is made of well-qualified and strong equipments.

7-In constructed heating systems, the temperature of the place is automatically controlled by thermostats.

8-It is possible to see the temperature of the place with thermometer.

9-In warm-air-blowing heating system,boiler transfers the same air which is taken from the place by heating.This technic increases productivity.
