the cutting teeth on the centrifugal turnable turning at a high spped cuts the input cylindrical strip material into short cylindrical granulates of same length (in certain proportion of diameter of colume),due to combined action of centrifugal force of turnable ,friction force between granulate and teeth plate,canister wall and granulate,and the air push force between turnable and material canister wall,all granulates are in three-dimentional heilcal rolling movement,forcing an even rubbing action to manufacture granulates into sheroids.
