Section Construction
-Section construction is modular.
-The modules are fastened to each other with bolts.
-Neoprene based leak-proof gasket is used on coupling profiles of the modules.
-Welding free section production allows complete dismounting.
-Leak-proof service hatches are hinged on one side and equipped with special handle on the other side.
-The handles and hinges of the service hatches are made of special anti-corrosive materials.
-All the service hatches are placed on one side and they are all easy to open.
-Required sections are equipped with inspection windows on the service hatches and lighting fitting.
-Air handling unit data are written on labels attached to the section.
-All the models are resistant against and leak-proof under 2500 Pa pressure.
-All the materials are Class A under DIN 4102.

Frameworks
Framework is made of aluminium profiles with minimum 2 mm thickness.
-The aluminium corner pieces connecting aluminium profiles are produced at injection press.
-There are 4 types of aluminium framework profiles and corner pieces:
--50-45 mm (aluminium profile = 50 mm width, insulation material = 45 mm thickness)
--50-20 mm (aluminium profile = 50 mm width, insulation material = 20 mm thickness)
--40-20 mm (aluminium profile = 40 mm width, insulation material = 20 mm thickness)
--30-15 mm (aluminium profile = 30 mm width, insulation material = 15 mm thickness)
Panels
-All the panels stand-alone sandwich structures with double skin.
-The inner sheet thickness is 0.65 mm, whereas the outer sheet thickness is 1.00 mm, 1.20 mm or 1.50 mm according to the size of the air-handling unit.
-The outer surfaces of the panels are enamel painted with RAL 9002
-20 mm glass wool (conditioning plate) with 50 kg/m3 density is used for insulation.
-45 mm glass wool with 50 kg/m3 density is also available upon request.
-DIN 4102 polyurethane sheet or rock wool sheet insulations are also used.
