berryo® is a delicious all-in-one powder base for making yogurt flavored soft serve / frozen yoghurt in soft serve machines. Can be sold as '0% fat' and 'cultured' or 'contains live active yogurt cultures'. Mixes with water only. Lemon juice is added for extra natural tant/tang after 10 minutes, then frozen down. Berryo® can also be mixed with Green Tea Powder for making Green Tea Frozen Yoghurt Soft Serve. Same for Chocolate (cocoa added) and coffee flavours.

Ingredients: Sugar, Maltodextrin, Milk Solids, Dietary Fibre (Inulin), Food Acids (330, 331), Yogurt Powder (Milk, Culture), Flavor, Vegetable gums (412, 405, 410, 407), Emulsifiers (471, 322 Soy), Salt, Live Cultures.
Packaging: Typically 7 x 1.74kg bags = 8.12 kg per carton.
Yield: Each carton makes 40.2 kg or 536 serves of 75 gram.
Shelf Life: 18 months from date of manufacture.
Storage conditions: Below 25 degrees Celsius away from direct light in powder form and below 5 degrees Celsius once reconstituted with water.
